All image processing on DocuSizer occurs entirely within your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. You are solely responsible for the images you process using this Site. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to process any files you use with the Site.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements. DocuSizer is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
